There’s no official plugin for checking tftp. Mathias Kettner has a good version, which we’ve made a few changes to, to fix the tftp client on Redhat and output from the tftpd on Debian.

Here’s the patch. We’ll drop a note to Mathias to see if he wants to roll it in as well.

Update: Here’s a newer version, as a complete script. We found there were problems with concurrency and also it wasn’t trapping errors from the tftp client.
